Chris Hopkins > Co-Founder + Mix Master
A native of Australia, Chris has over 15 years experience in the world of cocktails, from Australia and London, to San Francisco, Las Vegas, & Miami. Chris hails from high-profile hospitality holding positions as property mixologist for the Cosmopolitan Hotel and Wynn Resorts all while upholding the title of Vice President for the USBG Las VegasChapter. His influence and professionalism within the bartender community helped raise the standard for the Las Vegas cocktail scene. Currently the Bar Manager for South Beach's newest cocktail hangout, Sweet Liberty Drinks & Supply, he creates a cocktail atmosphere unique to Miami. His personal cocktail style adapts classics & incorporating interesting local ingredients. One of his favorite past times is naming cocktails…”What’s in a name?”
Sam Solich > Co-Founder + Spirit Guide
A graduate of UNLV school of hospitality management, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge to the beverage industry. Having worked with the famed Ritz-Carlton and MGM Resorts she honed her skills in beverage operations and management until joining Bacardi USA as the Las Vegas Brand Portfolio Manager. In that role, she executed and designed impactful brand initiatives specifically aimed at key trade accounts with a focus on spirit education and professional development. The anecdotes, stories, and tidbits that are attached to classic cocktails throughout history are her favorite topic which she is fond of discussing over a well made Hemingway Daiquiri.
